Description:

The college was established in 1996 after several years of efforts by academics associated with the Sudetenland region and representatives of local entrepreneurs. It aimed to prepare theoretically and practically business practitioners. Currently, the university offers education in the fields of: Care Pedagogy with Pedagogical Therapy, Management, Quality Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering.

The university has more than 2,200 students, 75.5 percent of whom are women, and 4 percent are foreigners.   

559 students left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 507 male and female students began their studies.  

The School of Management and Entrepreneurship employs 20 full-time academic staff, 50 percent of whom are women.
