Wroclaw Academy of Business in Applied Sciences is a non-public university with a business profile. It has been operating since 1997, and since 2014 it has been part of the Vistula University group. It offers bachelor's, engineering, master's and postgraduate studies, including MBAs co-created with a foreign university and business partners.

The university has more than 2,400 students, 41 percent of whom are women, and 64 percent are foreigners.   

437 students left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 953 male and female students began their studies, including 626 foreigners.

The academy employs 35 full-time academic staff, 43 percent of whom are women.
