WSB Academy (formerly Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Dabrowa Górnicza), is an academic higher education institution with 7 authorizations to confer postdoctoral and doctoral degrees in the following academic disciplines: management and quality sciences, pedagogy, security sciences, international relations, civil engineering, geodesy and transportation, security engineering, family sciences.

It educates at 7 locations, in 26 first- and second-level majors, single master's degree programs, conducts dual degree programs, implements Executive MBA and Master of Business Administration programs, offers postgraduate studies, runs a doctoral school, doctoral studies and doctoral seminars.

The academy has nearly 11,400 students, 46.6 percent of whom are women, and 26.4 percent are foreigners.   

More than 2.3 thousand graduates left the academy building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, nearly 4.8 thousand male and female students began their studies, including 1,284 foreigners.

The university employs 172 full-time academic staff, 35.5 percent of whom are women.
