Leon Kozminski Academy is a non-public educational institution of an academic nature based in Warsaw. The academy specializes in the fields of social and economic sciences such as economics and finance, management and marketing, law and administration, and psychology and sociology. The academy was founded in 1993, and since then it has been engaged in educating people of all ages and languages, providing studies from bachelor's to doctoral degrees, MBAs, as well as specialized courses and training in full-time, part-time, online or evening modes.

The academy currently has more than 7,500 students, 51.5 percent of whom are women, and 11.7 percent are foreigners.   

More than 1.9 thousand graduates left the academy building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, nearly 3,000 male and female students began their studies, including 360 foreigners.

The university employs 230 full-time academic staff, 45.2 percent of whom are women.

Leon Kozminski Academy graduates include Remigiusz Mróz, a writer of detective fiction, or Karol Gaweł, co-founder of Smart Kids Planet.
