Description: Lublin Academy WSEI (formerly Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Innowacji w Lublinie) is one of the three largest universities in Lublin. It was established in 2000. The founder of the academy is the Polish Foundation of Centers for Economic Development "OIC Poland", whose mission is to prevent unemployment and promote economic development through the design and implementation of educational and consulting programs. The Academy educates at three faculties: Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences, Faculty of Human Sciences, Faculty of Transportation and Information Technology. Offering a total of 18 majors, doctoral, postgraduate and MBA programs. The academy currently has nearly 8,300 students, 60.4 percent of whom are women, and 20.5 percent are foreigners. More than 1.9 thousand graduates left the academy building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, more than 3.1 thousand male and female students began their studies, including 543 foreigners. The university employs 99 full-time academic staff, 37.4 percent of whom are women.
