The school has been in existence since 2004, when it was entered in the register of non-public universities as the College of Informatics and Social and Legal Sciences in Bydgoszcz. The school was founded by the Educator Science and Education Center.

It currently educates in the fields of administration, national security, dietetics, cosmetology, digital marketing, public health, construction, logistics, management and production engineering or nursing.   

The university currently has more than 1,100 students, 57 percent of whom are women, and 2.4 percent are foreigners.

534 graduates left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 365 male and female students began their studies, including 8 foreigners.

The university employs 38 academic teachers, 40 percent of whom are women.
