The university has been in operation since 2000. Education is provided on a full-time and part-time basis, in graduate, undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The college has an auditorium for 200 people, offices for physical therapy, kinesitherapy, cosmetology, a studio for visage and styling, anatomy, first premedical aid, biomechanics, massage, a biochemistry laboratory, 5 nursing skills labs, a midwifery skills lab, tourism, sightseeing, hotel management, geography and computer science.

It offers 16 graduate and undergraduate courses and 57 postgraduate courses.

The university currently has more than 3,000 students, 62.3 percent of whom are women, and 70 percent are foreigners.

556 graduates left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 772 male and female students began their studies, including 413 foreigners. 

The university employs 103 academic teachers, 64 percent of whom are women.
