Description: Warszawska Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki was founded in 2000 in Warsaw. Warsaw University of Information Technology is the only specialized university in Poland that conducts higher engineering, master's and postgraduate studies exclusively in one field of study - computer science. In addition to academic studies, the university provides a wide range of open IT studies - lectures, courses, training, workshops - for high school students, for students and graduates of the Warsaw College of Informatics and other universities, as well as for all those interested in deepening their knowledge and IT qualifications, regardless of age, level of education and degree of knowledge of computer science. The university currently has 983 students, 11.3 percent of whom are women, and 4.8 percent are foreigners. 227 graduates left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 262 male and female students began their studies, including 14 foreigners. The university employs 18 academic teachers, 22.2 percent of whom are women.
