WSB Merito University in Wroclaw has existed since 1998. The university consists of two faculties: the Faculty of Finance and Management in Wroclaw, the Faculty of Economics in Opole.

 The university offers bachelor's and master's degree programs (traditional path and with postgraduate studies), single master's degree programs, postgraduate studies, MBA and Executive MBA.

The university currently has more than 18,600 students, 55.7 percent of whom are women, and 8.7 percent are foreigners.

5094 graduates left the university building last year. In the 2023/2024 academic year, 7209 male and female students began their studies, including 786 foreigners. 

The university employs 190 academic teachers, 45.3 percent of whom are women.
